What We Handle

Personal or business support, task by task or as a bundle - from NIE, TIE and NIF registration and padron to tax counselling. The hard part is rarely the form itself - it is landing a cita previa slot on the government portal before it disappears.

NIE (Tax ID Number)

Typical timeline: 2-8 weeks

We complete your EX-15 form, print and settle the Tasa 790 Codigo 012 fee (10.71 EUR in 2026) at a Spanish bank, book the cita previa, and attend with you. The NIE itself is usually issued on the spot at the appointment - the wait is for the slot, typically 2-8 weeks in Valencia.

Empadronamiento

Typical timeline: Same day

Address registration at the Ayuntamiento Oficina de Atencion Ciudadana. Bring your passport, your rental contract or property deed, and the completed form. It is free, and the certificate often comes the same day. You need it for your TIE, school enrolment (it sets your child's catchment zone), a public healthcare card, and voting rights.

NIF and Modelo 030

Typical timeline: 1-2 days

NIF and tax census registration support with Agencia Tributaria so your address and tax status are on file before you file anything else.

Tax Counselling

Typical timeline: By appointment

Counselling on your personal or business tax position, from residency status to the right registrations, so you start compliant.

Bank Account Opening

Typical timeline: 1-2 days

Document prep and process guidance for Spanish banking setup - a Spanish account is required before almost any rental, purchase, or utility contract.

SIP Card

Typical timeline: 1-2 weeks

Support for Valencian healthcare card setup once you are registered and contributing to Social Security, or covered by a reciprocal agreement.

TIE Card

Typical timeline: 2-4 weeks

For non-EU residents with a long-stay visa. We prepare the EX-17 form, settle the Tasa 790 Codigo 012 fee (15.45 EUR in 2026), and book the fingerprinting appointment. The TIE must be applied for within 30 days of arrival in Spain.

Driving Licence Exchange

Typical timeline: 2-8 weeks

DGT process support, paperwork prep, and appointment coordination.

Utility Contracts

Typical timeline: 1-3 days

Setup support for electricity, water, gas, and internet contracts.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need to be physically in Valencia?
Some steps require in-person attendance, while others can be prepared in advance or handled remotely. The NIE appointment, TIE fingerprinting, and most bank account openings need you in the room. We can prepare forms, settle fees, and book slots before you even land.
What does the NIE actually cost in 2026?
The government fee is the Tasa 790 Codigo 012, which is 10.71 EUR for the NIE in 2026. You pay it at any Spanish bank branch with the printed 790-012 form before your appointment. The TIE version of the same fee is 15.45 EUR. Our service fee is separate and quoted upfront based on the tasks you select.
Why is the cita previa so hard to get?
NIE and TIE appointments in Valencia are booked through the national portal at sede.administracionespublicas.gob.es, and slots open and close throughout the day. The wait is typically 2 to 8 weeks. We monitor the portal so you do not have to refresh it at 7am every morning.
How is this different from Express Service?
Admin Support is task-by-task. Express is a bundled fast-track package.
Can you support TIE applications too?
Yes. The TIE is the physical residence card for non-EU residents on a long-stay visa, and it must be applied for within 30 days of arriving in Spain. We prepare the EX-17 form, settle the 790-012 fee, book the fingerprinting appointment, and collect the card. It is usually valid for 1 year first, then renewed for 2 years, then 5.
How far ahead should I book?
2-4 weeks ahead is ideal, especially for high-demand appointments like NIE. If you are arriving on a long-stay visa, start the TIE clock the day you land - you only have 30 days.
What do I need for the empadronamiento?
Three things: your passport, your rental contract or property deed, and the completed application form. There is no fee, and the certificate is often issued the same day. It is the foundation document for your TIE, your child's school catchment zone, and access to public healthcare.
Can I return later for extra tasks?
Yes. Many clients re-engage for follow-up admin tasks after initial setup.
